1. SUBMIT AN INQUIRY ONLINE - Start by completing the online inquiry form below.

2. DATE CONFIRMATION - Lyman Orchards will verify availability and confirm your requested date.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION - Once your date is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a link to purchase Pick Your Own tickets.

4. ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED - Full payment must be made online via the provided link at least 72 hours before your scheduled field trip.

5. BERRY SEASON ARRIVAL - Go directly to 105 South Street, Middlefield, CT, and follow the signs upon arrival.

6. PEACH, APPLE, PEAR & PUMPKIN CHECK-IN - Before heading to the orchard, stop by the Apple Barrel Farm Market customer service desk (32 Reeds Gap Road, Middlefield, CT) to check in and pick up your bags.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY - No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of your scheduled trip.
